Current Rates: $30 per night plus $8 reservation fee
Note: A County Council Meeting on February 21st is voting on a rate increase to $38. No date yet on when the increase would be effective. Reservations prior
to that vote are grandfathered at the old rates.

Cancelation Policy: Up to 3 days prior to the 11th, there will be an $18 cancelation charge: $8 reservation fee + $10 cancellation fee. After 3 days no refund available.
